 Yesterday I made sobriety for 30 days

I found out that I don’t have to live life in a daze

I see things in life that need to be changed

 And priorities that need to be rearranged

     I myself need to come first

So I don’t have to live life at its worst

     One person I’ve met along this road

Had lived part of his life by the same Corps Code

     Others had lived out on the street

      It took this place for us to meet

     People come during all the seasons

    And especially for all different reasons

     No matter how any of us got here

     None of us have to live life in fear

It doesn’t really matter how we all got together

     We’ll all be part of this family forever
